ProNet, Inc. was established in 1996 to provide sales support for the companies & brands we represent. We immediately recognized sales support involves more than providing good products - it means being able to support the products represented proudly as if we were the product manufacturer. We take pride in the companies we represent, selecting only the companies we feel are market leaders, innovative and quality oriented.

It is our policy to answer every phone call and e-mail we receive; to provide quick turnaround for warranty issues and repairs with over 90% turnaround in 24 hours; to know the products we represent and be able to provide use, care and suggestions easily; to provide accurate and timely shipment of orders received and finally to make the products we represent a good experience for the cyclist, dealer and distributor.

ProNet is not the largest company around, but that maybe isn't important. What is important is the people we work with and the people we provide products, service and support for - we want to do a good job and make cycling and the products we sell a part of a fun and safe experience.

My entire life has revolved around bicycle assembly, repair and sales! I have been so involved that one of my friend's daughter calls me "Bike". Traveling in search of new markets and sales has allowed me to visit more than 30 countries and make friends around the world - not something I would have ever dreamed I could do while growing up in the small city of Bremerton, WA.

Meeting cycling legends like Eddie Merckx and Francisco Moser as well as industry leaders like Mr. Shimano, Rio Marui, Joseph Chao, Victor Sun, Joel Davis, Terry Heller and a host of others too numerous to mention has made every day an exciting experience. The world of cycling has been good to me!

Wick has been riding and racing bikes for 27 years, starting working in bike shops in 1985 and was co-founder of Control Tech Bicycle components in 1989 and has been in the cycling business since then.

He started working for ProNet Cycling in December of 2006. Wick has been a race promoter for the past 15 years, having started a Wednesday night mountain bike series and other local events.

Jim came to Pronet January 2007 after 25 years with KHS Bicycles. Jim's extensive sales experience, vast network of industry contacts and 10 year stint as product manager (where he spec'd Selle Italia and became familiar with Pronet) is already proving to be a valuable asset.

ReneeAfter escaping from the San Diego Zoo on my Galapagos tortoise "Speedy" and getting my new bike for Christmas that year I decided right then and there that when I grew up I would wander North. I did so in1995, taking a bookkeeper position at a local auto repair shop until 2005 when I joined the ProNet gang . At first I was dazed and never dreamt that there was so much to cycling, that cyclists were so passionate about their sport but now that I know I do my best to make sure our records are up to date so when our customers need information on a particular saddle, water bottle or whichamacallit I can tell them in a flash if we have it in stock and when it can be shipped.
